  • Digital Media: Photos, animated GIFs, videos, and video testimonials captured at events.

  • Guest Contact Info for Delivery: Phone numbers or email addresses entered by guests at our photo booth touchscreens for immediate SMS, MMS, or email media delivery.

C. Information Collected Automatically (Cookies & Tracking Pixels)

If you or your event guests opt-in to receive photos, videos, or event links via text message (SMS/MMS) through our photo booth hardware or online forms:

  • Mobile phone numbers provided for media sharing are strictly used to fulfill the requested media delivery and related transactional communications.

  • No Sharing of Mobile Data: We do not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business (e.g., payment processors, web hosting providers, SMS delivery gateways, and digital gallery hosting platforms), subject to confidentiality obligations.

Client or guest photos may occasionally be featured on our Sites, social media profiles, or promotional materials to demonstrate our photo booth capabilities and setup quality.
