Your attendant will arrive professionally dressed, up to 90 minutes early, to fine-tune lighting, set white balance, and run test sessions. This ensures everything is fully prepared, set up on time, and presented in a seamless, non-distracting, and visually polished manner.

Photo Booth Brand Activation

Our corporate packages offer flexible branding placement for your company’s logo, slogan, and contact information. Branding can be featured on the booth’s front-facing screen, the rear slideshow display, and seamlessly overlaid on prints. We also provide MMS photo texting through 10DLC, allowing you to include a web address and contact details each time a participant sends a photo to their phone.

Client Engagement and Exposure

For events open to the public, our goal is to generate as many high-quality brand impressions as possible through the photo booth. We achieve this by streamlining the photo-taking, printing, and texting process.

It is typical to capture several hundred direct impressions during a 4-hour rental. Tracking social media impressions is more difficult, but total reach can easily climb into the thousands, depending on how many participants share their photos online.

Corporate Photo Booth Activation Pricing

Public events require a custom quote to account for logistics, participant volume, and material costs.
Events held on the Las Vegas Strip incur a $500 fee.
Strip activations at high-capacity, premium locations (such as Toshiba Plaza in front of T-Mobile Arena) often qualify for a reduced Strip fee based on logistics, footprint, staffing, and load-in requirements.
For public activations not on the Strip or other high-capacity areas, pricing is generally aligned with our standard corporate rate of $600 for 3 hours or $700 for 4 hours.

Final quotes may vary based on load-in complexity, expected throughput, print volume, material costs, power and network needs, staffing, and activation placement.

Corporate Private Event

A photo booth is an excellent enhancement for a variety of company gatherings and events, including holiday parties, employee family trunk-or-treats, and corporate excellence functions.

Our 3- and 4-hour private event packages include 4×6 prints, MMS delivery, digital delivery, custom-branded templates, props, a backdrop, and an on-site attendant.

Following the event, an online gallery will be published featuring all photo booth output and individual pictures, making downloading and sharing effortless.
